Right Click on the point of interest and then select "View on Map" from the options that appear.

Right Click on the point of interest and then select "View on Map" from the options that appear.

When I right click and select 'view on map' it opens Internet Explorer with Google maps, is this what is supposed to happen ?  I was hoping to be able to create a plan using the satellite view.
I‌'ve just noticed on page 16 of the manual that this feature is only available on IOS and Android, very strange its not available on the PC.

What you describe is the same whether on iOS, Android or PC; "View on Map" opens a web page with a Google Maps satellite view for that location.  You can't have the SkyDemon map being entirely a satellite view, and I'm not sure why you would want to?

As my initial post said I am very new to Skydemon and still trying to explore the capabilities of this great program.  As explained in Tim's May Newsletter the Aerial Photography feature is useful for placing waypoints over ground features that may not be on the Map view.  The PC version uses the phrase 'View on Map' which indicates the Aerial View can be viewed on the map, but doesn't seem to overlay the route on the Aerial / Satellite View - hence my question.
