I just realized that SD has a typo in EDQT's channel: 119,800 should be 119,805

Here is their response. Was there something that made you believe the 119.805 frequency was already active?

effective Date for frequency EDQT 119.805 is 26APR2018,  you will receive it for the next delivery. ‌‌

Well, their website says that the 119.805 channel is active:

‌Furthermore the AIP says that changeover is on 1.1.2018, see here:
