Now what happens to AIP plates ( or in my case Swiss skyguide plates) that I have downloaded to my android and iPad devices ? How do I know when they need to be updated? Group: Forum Members Posts: 56, Visits: 753	+x SemperFi - 3/3/2017 7:39:32 AM You need to know when your are planning a flight, so when planning a flight while having an internet connection, you see the plates under the airfields tab colored differently. ‌If the plate on your device is checked as current it is light green, if it turns yellow get the newer version.
