I've been looking at the software and it seems to do what I need but could you answer a question please? The annual subscription includes the supply of NOTAMS and weather data (TAFs and METARs?) but I can get this at the moment from NOAA and the AIS web site. Can the software get the data from these free sources instead of me having to pay for it from you? Thanks.

I think calling it a subscription is wrong, it is more like paying extra for the use of the weather and notam functionality. I understand that updates to the airport and airspace data would cost something as it takes effort to maintain it but not the weather and notam data which Skydemon is getting free from a public domain source.
