is there an option for an individual report e.g. period 90days (3 landing PAX licence) ?

I don't quite follow your question but there is a Search facility in Logbook where you can specify the date range.

Hi Tim,

f.y.i., 3 landings with an aircraft of the same class within the last 90 days are required to be allowed to fly with PAX. 
  
Just an idea, but this could be a nice feature to be included in the warnings tab.
