I find that after an upgrade these almost always fail. I have to delete that shortcut, and drag another one down there. Could that explain what was happening? Andy This is exactly what happens to me. I have the link for SkyDemon in a different folder in the start menu. Every time it upgrades I need to delete the old one and drag the new one in the folder I intend it to be.
