My suspicion is that this was a duff TAF, updated by whatever agency published it shortly after publishing. SkyDemon probably had one version, another service had another.Doing a post-mortem on this won't achieve much but if you ever see anything like this again, please take a screenshot of SkyDemon while the mouse pointer is hovered over the top row of the TAF detail in SkyDemon, so the tooltip is displaying the raw TAF data, and send us the complete screenshot. We'll then be able to ascertain whether SkyDemon interpreted something in the bulletin incorrectly.
In the documentation we encourage pilots to always check the raw TAF, in the manner suggested above, because there are TAF elements that SkyDemon cannot and does not parse such as remarks.
