Skydemon Mobile - Simulation Mode - Approach Plates - Locking Route

Hi,

I've got three questions...

I can't seem to start a 'simulation' unless I first obtain a GPS lock and the aircraft appears on my GPS. Is there a way to start a simulation without first obtaining a GPS signal. How do I get the aircraft symbol on my GPS.

Once I have started a simulation, I was under the impression that the approach plates of the destination airfield would automatically appear once I got within a certain distance of the airfield. This is not happening in simulation mode.

Finally, is there anyway of locking a route on a wince GPS device, as when I touch the screen to move the map, or to get the aircrafts position, or to access the airfields approach plates etc, more often than not I create a dog leg in my route on simulation mode.

Cheers

To start the simulator, you simply press the Simulate button. There is no other requirement and it has nothing to do with your actual GPS position.

Georeferenced plates do not appear automatically under any circumstances, you must activate them as and when you decide you need them.

Our Windows CE software shouldn't even allow rubber banding of the route, are you sure about this? To change your route on WinCE you have to open the map context menu and explicitly select from the alteration options.
