Creil VFR Transit Route route NE/SE is in the French AIP.Entry points are not available on SkyDemon charts, neither is the VFR approach plate

Military approach plates are free, why are they not available?

Are you saying there are NE and SE VRPs for Creil but we do not have them in our database of waypoints?
