I have recently purchased SkyDemon Mobile MD upgrading from SkyDemon Plan. I believed that the upgrade included extending my licence to one year from the date of installation. However in SkyDemon Plan/Help/About. my license date is still indicating 17 March 2013 instead of August 2013. I upgraded in August 2012.
Also the agreement screen in the mobile MD indicates that the device is unregistered. I have tried un-
installing and installing a couple of times and trying to re-register a couple of times without success. Re-registration is not accepted indicating that registration for the serial number is registered.
Can this be fixed to indicate August 2013 License and for the mobile to indicate that the device is registered?
The software otherwise seems to be working OK.
Must have done something wrong. Can someone please help.

When you registered your device, we will have sent you an email telling you what to do next. Can you refer to that email?
