One of the most useful features on Garmin kit is the Direct To function, which will not only take you to a feature or an airfield but also, when pressed twice, take you from you present position to the start of the next leg on your flight plan. This is a great way to get back on course without necessarily having to regain the original planned track of the current leg. Would love to see this on SD.

I raised this with Rob at both the NEC and Sherborne.
I think they are looking at it.
What would work best is to be able to 'Go Direct' to any item in the database with the original next waypoint repositioned after that - to be cleaned up as necessary.
The presentation is excellent as we all know but it would be nice to have rapid access to a 'get out of jail' card.
