Suitable netbook ?

I've decided to acquire a cheap netbook to run SDPlan. I intend to take this with me when touring .

SD Plan requires A PC, Windows 2000 or later.   I'm wondering if a netbook running on Windows CE.net would suffice?

Got the Samsung N150 as suggested by rcrocker

Works fine with the 30 day trial. Will be buying SD Plan as soon as I get the GPS unit I've ordered up & running.
