I sometimes create GPX route plans using other software, and also sometimes have logged GPX tracks with a different device (eg Garmin portable).

I would like to be able to import such GPX files (both planned routes and recorded logs) into SkyDemon.

It is clear that SkyDemon understands the GPX format, since it can export stuff as GPX. So, why is it not able to import a GPX file?

Is there perhaps some workaround that I have not yet detected?

Any suggestions welcome.

It works on the PC version as follows

Route - Open

at the bottom of the pop-up select "Open from a different location or with a different file type"

On IOs you cannot import the file from within Skydemon.

You need to have access to the file on your machine (via Files, attached to a mail, shared on a drive ...).

You click on the file, then the Share icon and then Skydemon (might be hidden under ... More).
