Change the color and size of other traffics

If you increase the size of your aircraft in ‘Navigation’ settings it will increase the size of the traffic icons accordingly.

I'd like to know if it's possible to change the size and color of other traffics.
It's difficult to see the traffics when there are a lot of texts on the screen.
