Tunisia AIP

Hello, any chance to add Tunisia AIP to Skydemon? I know their site is "a bit" messy, with separated pdf even when not necessary. Alien

I don't think the Tunisia AIP is hosted in the Eurocontrol PAMS database, so that would prevent us from making it available in SkyDemon.
