Radio frequencies for R aeras

It would be nice to have the radio frequencies for the R zones in the flight log,.For example a route from Biarritz to Bordeaux,there is a R31 zone and the flight log tell to call aquitaine info,and in reality you have to call Cazeaux approach (military) to cross the zones when they are active.

Shall I move this to the suggestions forum so others can contribute? At present we do not maintain specific radio frequencies for R areas, when they are specified in the AIP, because of the work involved in doing that.

I understand it is hard work,and yes you may move to suggestions.
