The extremely useful map ruler is a little hard to find on MacOS(M1) Version and additionally depending on the type of point:

1. Clicking somewhere > click on coordinates > click on „Measure from Here“ (even in the german version)

2. Clicking on Airport > click on „Routing“ > click on „Measure from Here“

3. Clicking on Waypoint > click on Waypoint Name > click on „Measure from Here“

Maybe it would be better, to have the ruler one hierarchy higher.
