This AIC introduces a new frequency of 130.490MHz for use by both GA and military traffic when operating below 2000' AGL within the UK Low Flying System areas and not in receipt of another service.

Will it be possible to show this in the PLOG (and also in the 'Radio' tab when navigating) when relevant so to do ?

Yes, it would be possible. I want to wait and see how widely-used this frequency ends up being first, as this would be quite a big change, present on every single PLOG for a UK flight.
