Regrettable to hear that!
Yes, in Germany. We have glider sites every 10km here and very few of them have winch operations.
That's why these warnings are so annoying!

Yes, we understand. We've looked into this in the last few weeks and unfortunately there is no good data on where winch launches regularly occur in Germany. The only available data (from the DFS) tells you where they MAY occur, i.e. where permission has been granted, but a significant percentage of these sites have not performed winch launching in years. We have taken the decision to remove these symbols/areas/warnings in Germany from our charts, from later this week.

Hello friends,
we have a lot of glider sites in our area. Most of them do not have winch operations. Yet Skydemon warns of these -non-existent- winch launches.

I would therefore like to switch off these warnings. Unfortunately, deactivating the airspace warning "Sporting Activity" did not lead to success!

How can I deactivate these false warnings? Any ideas?
