Time slider has been removed from 3.16.4 and replaced with Animation, which is not as usable because you cannot pick a time and study the forecast weather along your route or over a whole region. You also cannot adjust the step speed of the animation.

Please bring back the Time Slider, or add manual buttons in to the animation pop up box, so that we can manually step the time backwards and forwards.
