Need .net framework v4.0 - Windows 11

I have just installed SD on a new installation of Windows 11. It has installed but the software will not run due to needing .net 4.0 (see attached). I have tried downloading it from MS and it will not install as it is "already part of the operating system".
Where do I go from here?

SkyDemon actually needs .net 4.7.2, have you tried installing the latest version of the .net framework?

It is the first time I have used W11 and I am already having a number if issues with updates and installing features so I am going to start again. I'll come back to you if I have the same problem occurs next time round.
