Improved FUA compatibility

There are a growing number of airpace volumes being established as FUA (Flexible Use Airspace) with defined hours in the AIP, however the published hours in the AIP are inconsistently transposed into Skydemon and it would be very useful to have the full hours for airspace volumes published in the AIP.

Some examples are:
A number of Cotswold CTAs were introduced in November 2019 which are only active outside of 9-5 Mon-Fri (ie between 9-5 Mon - Fri they are Class G) however skydemon illustrates these with no notes and appear active H24. Some Portsmouth CTAs are also established as FUA and these do have a note associated in skydemon so it is possible to view the hours without scouring the AIP.

Danger area details are displayed in a slightly different format and some form of coded hours in a similar format for CTAs could prove useful however there is still more detail that could be added, for example D001 shows as active at 'weekdays' but the published hours are Mon-Thu 0800-2359 (0700-2300), Fri 0800-1800 (0700-1700). Admittedly you might not want that much detail but in some areas it can be useful.

It is not currently on our agenda to fully transcribe the activity hours of airspace into SkyDemon data, because of the resources involved in keeping this up to date. Instead we make it very easy to skip to the AIP and find the definition of the airspace if you really need the information in such detail.
