Windows Ctrl+O shortcut

Hi

I'm using Windows version 3.15.7.0.

FYI the Route menu says that Ctrl+O should be a keyboard shortcut for Route->Open, but it activates a different dialog box ("Choose a folder, or type an internet address").

It seems to be working here, could you post a screenshot please?
