Hello,
Has SkyDemon now stopped the ability to use XPlane11 along with the Desktop version. It is no longer showing the the Go Flying options.

No. Because we have no many options to connect to third-party devices, you must specify which one(s) you have, in Setup -> Third Party Devices, and then you'll see those available as options in the Go Flying menu.
