Hi

I have been viewing a weather tutorial but it seems my weather menu is not showing the same as video? For example viewing weather for whole of UK shown on tutorial is not showing on mine. I am using the latest version.

I think possibly you're referring to an old feature that has been superseded. To view the weather for a whole country all you need to do is zoom out, in recent versions.
