I have a current Pooleys subscription and the Pooleys plates show when I look at a particular airfield. However, when I go to Airfields>My Flight Guides, it does not show and reports "There are no purchased airfield plates in your subscription"

Have you tried to log out and in again?

That's sorted it. Odd that I could access individually (so it knew II had valid subscription) but couldn't download all but, anyway, fine now. Thanks.
