UTC time in instruments

could you please think about an option to show the UTC time in the instruments?

Oh, apologies, you mean a dedicated instrument to show the current time. We've never bothered with this on iOS or Android because virtually all those instruments already show the time. If many people want it, though, we'll consider it.
