Hi. Understand your point, but disagree. It is not producing safety if you need to handle it in the way SD is doing it.
I would recommend to let us disable the bird sanctuary or any other "green airspaces" because it is enough to see it in planning time.
And make at least an adjustable warning range for winch launching (if you don´t like to let us just disable that).
It make no sense to get that warning 9nm away from it. Or if you also don´t like this, at least make a hysteresis for that, means let it appear only once within a time or within a range. When you are crossing VFR sightseeing mode it is sometimes really anyoing to get that informations every minute.
