Opening hours

Hi, 
for planning a trip to Tschech Rep., Austria and Hungary I would like to know the opening hours of smaller Airports, for example LKTC, LOLS, LOAB, LHPP .
Does anybody knows where i can find this somewhere else but in Jeppesen VFR-Manual?

Can you imagine the administrative task necessary to create and - more importantly - keep up-to-date a database of opening hours for 'all airfields'.

It would be a full time job for multiple people. So if you think about it, the likelihood of this data in the other product you mention being any good is very, very low.
