Hello,

Oscar is obsolete, now it is Foxtrott with a narrow routing near the restricted area, see AIP.

Could you update, please?

AIRAC updates occur every 28 days, the next one being Thursday 25th. You would not expect a change to aeronautical data half-way through a period so it would be reasonable to expect to see this change in a couple of days.
