3.12.3 is an iOS only release which solved a small bug in the 3.12.2 release.

After updating SD on my Ipad, the program reports that version 3.12.3.170 is installed.
The version history indicates that the version issued on 8 March was 3.12.2. Presumably the version number being reported in the Ipad is incorrect.
