The frequency at which KSAB update their plates is up to them. I just asked around in the office and my colleagues think they are updated perhaps 4 times per year. You may wish to contact them directly, though.

SkyDemon's own data for airfields is updated every 28 days and is therefore usually more accurate than any printed product or any product not updated to the same schedule.
