SD crashing on Nexus7

For the past couple of months, SD has been dropping out on my Nexus7.
Managed to buy another Nexus 7, loaded SD.....dropped out after 15 mins and required a re-start again.

My bad luck?/Finger trouble?, or a real bug?

Just to echo the above, I run SkyDemon on a 2nd Gen Nexus 7 just fine. The first gen ones started to get a bit clunky, particularly after a particular Android upgrade which made it run dog slow. This one has been just fine though.
