Custom Data - Airfield Runway Identifier saving error message

When I am entering the second Runway (21) for a Custom Airfield, I am getting this saving Error:
"Are you sure you wish to commit this airfield with duplicate runway identifiers for runway 03?"
This is strange as I am using 03 and 21 as Identifiers.

PC Version 3.10.2.0

Found the ERROR, need to enter runways 03/21 with base and fare threshold
