I fly in Southern Africa, and some countries (e.g. Zimbabwe) don't have electronic submission of flight plans, and require that flight plans are sent on the standard ICAO form by email.  When filing a flight plan, an option to create a populated standard ICAO flight plan form as pdf that can be shared or printed (instead of electronic submission) would be very useful.
