We've just posted this beta in our beta page:
As well as a couple of software development changes (we now require a minimum android version of 4.0.4 and target Android 6 so have changed some build settings) we have two significant improvements:
- Graphical NOTAM depiction has been enhanced, with more NOTAM from all over Europe accurately depicted (iOS, Android, PC)
Some of these enhancements are server-side so you will see some enhancements even using previous versions. In this new version, depending on location, you will see fewer large circles and more precise geometries when we show NOTAM on the map.
- TerrainSafe has been renamed to Colour High Terrain, and it now works in planning mode as well as navigation mode (iOS, Android, PC)
Accessed via the Mapping -> Terrain menu, this functionality has existed for a while to help you avoid terrain in navigation mode. Now in planning mode you can set your own reference altitude, to help visualize which mountain valleys and passes you can comfortably get through.
