Italy IFR intersection update at Jun 2018

Hi, I noticed that some points have not yet been updated as a UMBED intersection. This point is no longer valid and it is no longer published in AIP. I suppose the same situation exists for other points.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will ask the Italians why they are still publishing this point if it has been withdrawn.
