You're just looking at a TAF or METAR with lots of extra information, possibly one that was corrupted. Nothing to do with SkyDemon, although a screenshot of a "raw" (undecoded) bulletin would be helpful in case the airfield needs to be alerted.

have a weird problem on one PC. My weather info is completely outdated and it says the following:

what could be wrong on that machine?
I have reinstalled three times with same results
