Pc Interface - missing sidetab

Since I updated to 3.9.5 my sidebar is missing and I have been unable to find a setting to bring them back - I highlighted the area in red, is there a simple fix for this that I am missing?

With SkyDemon closed, delete your settings file. It can be found in the folder below and is called settings.xml

C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Divelements Limited\SkyDemon Plan
