You haven't said what exactly you're trying to do, what you're expecting to happen, and what is actually happening. Without that information all anybody could do is guess.

Hello
We have a valid subscription of German AIP but we cannot load AIP VFR Chart revision 02/18.
Previous revisions didn‘t cause trouble.
Does anybody have a hint?
