Thanks Mike but having read through that section there is nothing in there that states if or how the automatic pop up and zooming in can be switched off.

Even with Auto Zoom switched off, its still Zooms automatically when I press "Go Flying" on my iPad.
Defeats the purpose of having an on/off switch if it doesn't do what you'd hope it to do.

Auto-zoom ON/OFF works for me!
If a georeferenced chart opens overlaid on the main chart and you don't want it, just tap the red cross in the top right-hand corner to close it.

Hi all.
Is there a way to turn off the function of plates and AIP charts etc automatically popping up and also the map zooming right in on the airfield?
