Butterfly connect unit

For some time I cannot connect to the Pilot Aware.  I keep getting "Failed to established a connection with the butterfly connect unit".

I‌ notice on the USB "GPS/Glonass U-Blox7 unit which plugs into the Pilot Aware there is a green light only when I insert the unit.  Is this normal.

T‌hrough the top there is an alternative flashing red light and then a flashing green light.‌‌
A‌ny assistance would be most welcome.

Is your tablet connecting ok to the PilotAware on Wifi? Can you bring up the home screen (192.168.1.1)?

Hi,  Thank you for your reply I am not an electronic person but I did look at the home screen and found out that my licence had expired.
