As instructor I use different type or different registration, would be possible to read the aircraft registration of each flight on the LOG summary ?

We deliberately do not automatically add aircraft details in there because people often fly routes with a different aircraft or the wrong aircraft profile.
No, we have no provision to allow user editing or addition of/to SkyDemon aeronautical data.
