A week ago I found that an error message was coming up on SkyDemon web using Safari 10.1.1 on a MacBook. The chart window was blank and I couldn't find a way of getting it back. However SkyDemon Light was working correctly.
At AeroExpo yesterday Rob on the SkyDemon stand suggested a solution and it works. Control-click anywhere except the map window to reveal Silverlight Preferences. Select the Application Storage tab. Then select and delete the file web.skydemon.aero. This clears the Silverlight cache.
Close and reopen SkyDemon Web, log in and now you will be asked to select a chart and everything works correctly.
