Why is the METAR completely wrong on my PC setup?

Check your date/time/timezone settings.

No problem there. But is is working again, not changing anything and PC hasn't been rebooted.

‌Bought a monthly subscription yesterday. Using it with X-plane 11, and on a PC (which has a well working internet connection).
‌The METAR I get for e.g. EKAH at 18:45Z (PC time) says that it is from 20:20Z and content is completely wrong.
‌The weather I get in Skudemon IOS app, X-plane (XP and X-Enviro but set to real weather) and in the Aeroweather app all agree on the weather within some minutes different update interval.
‌
‌What is wrong here on my PC setup?
