I don't think so. That is what I seen on landing. SD automatically zooms in to show my airfield layout.
Same as for start of flight. Airfield layout shown in "high zoom" and the SD automatically displays map in "normal" scale when I get airborne.
For me that is 1:500000 scale.

I also get the highest zoom-level when back on the ground but I don't see the airfield-layout. Just a very close view of the approach-plate. Is it possible to see the layout? I have e.g. installed and fully downloaded the german AIP with all the plates.

Kind regards,
Renzo‌‌‌

I am based at a grass airfield (EGHP) and don't have any subscriptions for flight guides etc. Geo-ref plates don't exist for this airfield
When in "Fly" mode and on the ground I get a simple, basic, depiction of my airfield showing hangars, runways,‌ signal square and other buildings.

You will only see the airfield layout if you have downloaded a geo-referenced airfield plate.‌

Hi Mike,

as far as I can recognize‌‌:
‌the aerodrome-layouts of the german aip are not geo-referenced. Have you heard about a way to do this by myself? That would be perfect if these plates could also be geo-referenced too.

Hi Renzo

A‌s far as I'm aware, there is no way to geo-reference charts‌ yourself.
