iPad Mini 4 GPS or external GNS200

Hello Users & Happy Christmas!

I'am a bit unclear what kind of GPS is best for navigation with SD. I have the latest iPad Mini 4 LTE and in addition a GNS200 BT-Reveicer available. Does anybody got expierence with the internal GPS? Is it sufficient or do you recommend to handle an external device as well?

In almost all cases the internal GPS will be fine (and it is one device and one interface less to make trouble).
