I've set up a number of custom data points. Most of them don't have identifiers. No problems.
The ones with Identfiers are double-displaying in the plog. Example -
Name: My Waypoint
Identifier: CPT090005
Airfield: EGLL
... shows as
CPT090005 CPT090005 (My Waypoint) (EGLL)
This is common to the iOS and PC versions, both latest version.
What am I doing wrong, or how can I stop this please.

+xAh, you're talking about custom aeronautical data. That makes more sense. I think VRPs are supposed to have either a name or an identifier but not both. What you're seeing is probably a consequence of the fact you have filled in both.
