The customs email is not sent by Online GAR when submitting a GAR from iPAD. It says email not sent whether the tickbox is ticked or not. This is for a flight to Le Touquet tomorrow, but I noticed it did the same on a prior trip to Alderney where the arrivals form was not generated either.
I have just resubmitted using the Windows application and the email is sent, when the box is ticked.
Both versions of app are latest versions.

+x+xThis problem has now been resolved. It was indeed unique to iPad/iPhone - and that's why it was so difficult to find. Thanks for the information, and sorry for the inconvenience. ok, great, retested and works great now, thanks! I have just experienced the same problem when filing the GAR for a flight to Alderney tomorrow, using a PC - no GENDEC, Sample email or online GAR confirmation received. All were generated on previous trips there, the last being 21 September.
