Customs/PPR email not working when submitting GAR from iPAD

The customs email is not sent by Online GAR when submitting a GAR from iPAD. It says email not sent whether the tickbox is ticked or not. This is for a flight to Le Touquet tomorrow, but I noticed it did the same on a prior trip to Alderney where the arrivals form was not generated either.

I have just resubmitted using the Windows application and the email is sent, when the box is ticked.

Both versions of app are latest versions.

This problem has now been resolved.

It was indeed unique to iPad/iPhone - and that's why it was so difficult to find.

I have just experienced the same problem when filing the GAR for a flight to Alderney tomorrow, using a PC - no GENDEC, Sample email or online GAR confirmation received. All were generated on previous trips there, the last being 21 September.
