Hi,
I use SD on my Sony Z3 compact tablet that is wrapped with Velcro tape on my knee.
Sometimes while flying it happens that I accidentally touch the screen.
So I was wondering if there is a possibility to somehow lock the screen against unintended touches?

Not in SkyDemon, though there may be something specific to your device.
It doesn't matter too much if you touch the screen, though, in flight. Your route is locked against such accidental changes and if you pan the map, it'll scroll back after a few seconds.
